Evgeny Vikentev is one of the most talented new wave young chefs. Before creating his own style in gastronomy, Evgeny spent more than five years in the kitchens of the best restaurants of St. Petersburg (hamlet + jacks, Vinnyy shkaf) and he also spent two summers interning overseas; the first under Albert Adria at 41 Degrees in Barcelona and the second at Michelin starred Il Vescovado in Noli on Italy's Ligurian Coast.
In his author's style Evgeny realize absolutely nontrivial combinations of tastes, uniting them into avant-garde dishes, behind the most of them there is a special idea and history.
Evgeny is an annual headliner of Russian and international gastronomic festivals: Piexe em Lisboa (Portugal), Russian Gastronomical Seasons (Monaco), Chefs Days (Austria), Omniwore, Gourmet Days, IKRA, Chef's Breakfast, Gastreet.
